Because products in the shop are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if you have an issue with your order, please send us an email at support@wordsonthings.co so that we can address it.

If you receive at item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@wordsonthings.co so that we can replace it.
